After the Bailey steel bridge is erected, acceptance inspection shall be conducted.
Once the Bailey beams are in place, focus on checking the final locking status of the pin connection system and the overall alignment.

All pins and safety pins must be fully installed, and bolts and nuts for transverse supports and connecting plates must be complete and securely tightened without omission or looseness. The longitudinal alignment error of the Bailey beams should not exceed 1 cm, and the lateral error should be within ±1 cm; the elevation difference between bearing tops must not exceed 4 mm. Load-bearing points of the Bailey beams should ideally coincide with the joints of the Bailey panels. If they do not align with joint positions, special calculations based on actual load points or reinforcement measures must be implemented. The spacing of transverse bracing frames should not exceed 3 m. Transverse wind braces must be installed between each group of Bailey beams and securely locked to the cross beams using portal clamps or U-bolts.
