Construction of concrete pier of Bailey Steel Bridge

1) Template installation. The concrete formwork of abutment shall be made of composite steel formwork, which shall be cleaned and repaired before each use, and the release agent shall be applied to the surface of the steel formwork. The template is transported to the site by 5T dump truck and manually reversed to the warehouse surface. Install the template according to the measurement lofting point, and reinforce and repair the seam by pulling and supporting after the measurement and retest, and then retest before pouring-Bailey Steel Bridge

2) Preparation for pouring and inspection and acceptance. After the construction joint surface treatment, formwork erection, reinforcement binding and welding of the warehouse are completed, the pouring warehouse shall be cleaned from top to bottom immediately. All materials and abandoned materials left in the warehouse during construction shall be cleared out of the warehouse and washed with water until the water on the warehouse surface becomes clear. Set up the necessary construction platform, and wet the template and construction joint surface with water, clean up the water in the warehouse. Before opening the warehouse, pass the self-inspection in strict accordance with the three-inspection system, and fill in the warehouse acceptance form in accordance with the provisions, and then apply for supervision engineer to organize the acceptance, and immediately open the warehouse and pour after signing the qualified-Bailey Steel Bridge
