The truss unit of bailey sheet steel bridge is welded by the upper and lower chord, vertical rod and diagonal brace. One end of the upper and lower chord rod is a negative head, the other end is a positive head, and there are pin holes in the Yin and Yang heads. The wind structure hole of bailey steel bridge is used to connect the wind tie rod, the support frame hole on the end vertical rod is used to install the support frame, the diagonal brace and the coupling plate, and the beam jig hole is used to install the beam jig.

When splicing two trusses, insert the male head of one section into the female head of the other section, align with the dowel hole, and plug in the dowel. The support frame holes are used to install the support frame. When the truss is used as the main beam, the middle two holes are used, and when the bridge foot is used, the end two holes are used to strengthen the connection between the two rows of trusses. The air structure hole is used to connect the wind tie rod, the support frame hole on the end vertical rod is used to install the support frame, diagonal brace and coupling plate, and the beam fixture hole is used to install the beam fixture.

The end of the dowel item has a groove, the direction is consistent with the direction of the small round hole, and the groove is parallel to the upper and lower chord rod when installing, so that the insurance card is smoothly inserted into the dowel hole. When the three rows of Bridges are erected, in order to facilitate installation and disassembly, the pins are installed according to the regulations, and the pins of the lower row of trusses are inserted from the inside out, and the pins of the second and third rows of trusses are inserted from the outside in. The pins of the upper truss rows are inserted from the inside out.
