Bailey Rock and Flat Roller System: This is the core support and guidance mechanism in the cantilever launching method.

Flat Roller: Installed on the launching bank, it serves as a sliding track for bridge assembly and launching, supporting the bridge's weight and reducing friction.

Rocking Roller: Mounted on the opposite abutment, it supports the bridge once the front end has been launched into position and allows further rolling to achieve final alignment.

Limiting Devices: To prevent lateral displacement or overturning during launching, bowl-type restraining frames and adjustable limiting plates on flat rollers are used to constrain movement.

Traction and Beam-Setting Equipment:

Winch: Acts as the traction power source, pulling the front end of the bridge via steel cables to ensure smooth launching.

Jack: Used after the bridge is fully launched to synchronously lift or lower the structure, enabling precise placement onto the bearings. Hydraulic jacks are typically employed to ensure synchronization and safety.

Guide Girder Technique: In the cantilever launching method, an H-shaped steel guide girder may be installed ahead of the nose frame to enhance guiding stiffness and accommodate larger spans.
