Construction of cast-in-place beam of Bailey support

The construction of cast-in-place beam with Bailey support is a supporting platform assembled by Bailey sheets for box girder construction, and the construction projects of box girder formwork installation, formwork preloading, reinforcement installation, concrete pouring, prestressed initial tension and so on are carried out on the beret frame. It differs from the movable formwork in that Bailey support system is separated from the formwork system and there is no hydraulic or running system. After force checking, bailey support must be able to meet all kinds of load and deformation in beam making process.

When installing a single group of Bailey pieces, the site should be flat first. If the site is limited, firm scaffolding should be set up for Bailey pieces. First, the Bailey pieces should be assembled on the ground according to the number of designed pieces and connected in groups. Paint the positions of the Bailey racks on the I-beam according to the designed spacing. Then, the connected Bailey frame is hoisted into place by the tower crane, and the Bailey frame is fixed on the beam by the self-made U-shaped card.
