Prior to assembly, verify the completeness and fit of all connecting components on a flat, level surface.
Connecting pins and safety pins: Check each pin individually for diameter and length compliance with original design specifications, ensuring no surface wear or bending, and that they can be securely inserted into pin holes. After truss pins are fully inserted, safety pins must be installed without exception. Bolts should have intact threads and no stripped threads; support frame bolts and chord member bolts must be tightened properly. High-strength bolts should be spot-checked using a torque wrench, with torque deviation kept within specified limits. The quantity and specifications of lateral supports, connecting plates, and wind-resistant tie rods must match the design-no omissions or substitutions with smaller sizes are allowed.
