Inspection and Maintenance: All components after disassembly must be carefully inspected! Focus on:
Structural Integrity: Are there any permanent deformations or damages such as bending, twisting, cracking, or weld fractures? Severely damaged parts must be scrapped.
Corrosion Status: Is the galvanized layer or paint on the steel surface intact? Is there severe rust? Excessive rust weakens the strength of the components and requires assessment or repair (such as sandblasting and re-coating with anti-corrosion paint if the original galvanized layer is damaged) before reuse.
Pin Hole Condition: Are the pin holes deformed or worn excessively? Excessive wear affects the tightness and strength of the connection.
Thread Integrity: Are the threads of bolts and other threaded components damaged?
Cleaning and Anti-corrosion: Remove dirt, oil stains, and other debris. Properly treat rusted areas and reapply anti-corrosion paint (if the original galvanized layer is damaged). This is an important step to ensure the long-term usability of the parts.
Storage Management: Disassembled parts should be classified, orderly, and stored in a dry place. Avoid random stacking that may cause deformation, damage, or accelerated corrosion. Good warehouse management is the foundation for efficient reuse.
Record Keeping and Tracking: Manage the usage history, inspection results, and maintenance records of the parts to help assess their remaining lifespan and suitability.
