1. The net lane width of the 321 steel bridge is 3.7 meters, and the net lane width of the 200 steel bridge has two types: the standard width is 4.2 meters (convenient for the passage of special vehicles);

The 321 steel bridge adopts the staggered arrangement of the joint between the reinforced chords and the joint between the truss to reduce the inelastic deformation caused by the pin hole gap, and the pre-arch method is adopted to greatly reduce the vertical deflection of the bridge. The 321 steel bridge cannot be arranged in this way, and the deflection of the whole bridge is larger than that of the HD200 steel bridge.

3. The 321 steel bridge bolt connection component adopts the method of positioning and fixing of the guide sleeve to increase the connection accuracy of the product. The guide sleeve is sheared and the bolt is tensioned, which improves the service life of the bolt and ensures the safety of the steel bridge.

5. The horizontal support frame of HD200 steel bridge and the truss piece are fixed by bridge, so as to ensure that the whole bridge has no side bends, and the whole bridge is built with pre-camber.
