On-Site Loading:
Rational Stowage: Adhere to the principles of "heavy items at the bottom, light items on top" and "long items at the bottom, short items on top". Place heavy, large components (e.g., truss panels, deck panels) underneath, and lighter, smaller components (e.g., sway braces, bolt boxes) on top.
Secure Fastening: This is the top priority for transport safety! Must use tools like steel wire ropes, lever hoists, and rope tighteners to securely fasten every bundle of goods to the vehicle, preventing shifting, tilting, or falling during transit due to bumps.
Balance and Stability: Ensure the cargo weight is evenly distributed across the trailer bed, keeping the vehicle balanced.
Clear Marking: Hang prominent red flags or reflective warning markers on any parts of the load that extend beyond the vehicle dimensions. Warning lights are required for nighttime transport.
Final Confirmation and Dispatch:
The driver must carry all necessary documents (Packing List, Delivery Note, Permits, etc.).
Contact the customer representative again to provide the driver's information, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and license plate number.
Take photos and videos of the fully loaded vehicle for record-keeping and as proof of dispatch condition.
