The prefabricated steel bridge for highway is composed of truss girder, bridge deck system, connection system and foundation, and is equipped with special erection tools.The main girders consist of trusses 3 m long each connected by pins on both sides of the roadway. The main girders are connected with beams, and each truss is provided with two beams, and four groups of longitudinal beams are provided on the beam. The two groups in the middle are unbuckled longitudinal beams, and the two groups outside are buckled longitudinal beams. The longitudinal beam is laid with wooden steel deck, and both sides of the bridge slab are fixed with edge wood. The end columns are arranged at both ends of the bridge.
The U-steel deck can be directly laid on the beam. The main beam is supported on the bridge seat (support) and the seat plate through the end column. The bridge and the outlet are connected with the bridge head plate. The middle plate is without buckle plate, and the two sides are buckle plate. The bridge is equipped with many connecting components such as raker,sway brace, frames and union board, which make the bridge form a stable spatial structure.
