Installation of support

1, the bearing adopts the spherical bearing, the connection condition is normal before the installation of the bearing, shall not arbitrarily loose the upper and lower bearing connection bolts.

2, measurement setting out: before the support lifting, set the center position of the support on the pier supporting stone, and release the reticle. Check the surface elevation of the supporting stone, level the jack, and adjust to the design elevation.

3. Stone pad treatment: chisel wool on the surface of the supporting stone at the position of the support, and remove the debris in the reserved anchor hole.

4, support installation: use the crane with the jack for support installation, the support will be accurately in place. The gap of 20mm is reserved between the bottom of the support and the supporting stone, the four corners of the support are wedged with a jack, the support is flattened, and the bottom of the support is adjusted to the design elevation.

5, support grouting: installation of grouting template, non-shrinkage high strength grouting material grouting, perfusion of the lower support and anchor hole gap. Gravity grouting method is adopted to grouting from the center of the support to the periphery until the gap between the steel mold and the support bottom plate is fully filled.
