Bailey Frame Lifting Steel Structure Truss Construction Technology

The Bailey frame is used as the high-altitude support for lifting operations, and the steel truss is lifted as a whole, which reduces the difficult control of high-altitude bulk construction operation accuracy and many hidden safety hazards; the overall rigidity of the Bailey frame is large, and when used as a support, the middle-span deformation is small.  And the use of computer-controlled hydraulic synchronous control can accurately adjust the lifting point stroke and height difference. The connection of the space corridor between the buildings of the building group has obvious advantages, especially during the construction of the corridor between the high-rise buildings.

The steel trusses with high rigidity are assembled by the multi-Belle frame as the support of the jack, and the steel trusses formed by the Bailey frame are integrally reinforced and connected, and the low-level steel structure truss is lifted by the cluster hydraulic jack.
